Leslie Elsner Bell has been instrumental in more than 15 mergers and acquisitions throughout her career and was responsible for the staffing strategies
that resulted in the growth of Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. from 180 to 2000 employees within two years. She has been quoted in The Baltimore Sun, Folio Magazine and The Washington
Times for her expertise on employee handbooks and recruiting issues. She has also been a guest speaker for the local Chamber of Commerce on relevant Human Resources topics.
She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Hanover Area Human Resources Association (HAHRA), York Society of Human Resources
Management and Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA). Ms. Bell is also a
past member on the Board of Directors at DreamWrights Youth and Family Theater in York, PA.
